STUDIO POLICIES Renee, owner of Renee Michelle Therapeutic Massage Specialist, takes great pride in offering the best of care for her clients. These policies were designed to ensure a high quality experience.

APPOINTMENT TIME

For Studio services Renee Michelle is exclusive to you at the time of your appointment so to prevent you from waiting, please come no more than 5 min early.

LATE ARRIVALS

It is your responsibility to arive on time. Renee does not ame up for time lost if you are late.

CANCELLATION

Emergencies happen and illness occurs, but your reserved appointment is time exclusively for you. Please acknowledge and respect the cancellation policy, keeping in mind that last minute cancellations leave empty treatment times and other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience... Remember your time is reserved especially for you.

Renee kindly requests that cancellations to appointments be made 24 hours in advance. If not, Renee requests you pay a cancellation payment of $50 made payable via credit card, over the phone.

PROFFESIONALISM

Renee is a professional massage therapist. Any suggestive behvior will be reported to the police.

COVID POLICIES

Renee takes covid seriously. She currently is no longer wearing a mask and does not require that you where one either. Upon request, she will wear a mask.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are never expected, but graciously accepted for outstanding service. Standard practice for excellent service ranges from 10-25%
